Exam alignment
100+ tracks mapped to CMSA fellowship syllabi, structured by college and by paper. COSECSA and NPMCN alignment follows as we expand into East and West Africa.

Question bank
Over 900,000 practice questions with worked explanations, written by specialists against the guidelines a South African registrar is actually examined on. Anything a reader flags is withdrawn until it has been re-reviewed.

Clinical oversight
A Clinical Advisory Board is being seated to review guideline coverage and clinical safety independently of the product team. Its mandate is published; the cadence, the conflict-of-interest policy and the members themselves follow as seats are confirmed. Until then clinical review sits with the specialists who write the content.

Data protection
Processing is aligned to POPIA, with a documented lawful basis, retention policy and sub-processor list. Application data and backups are hosted in af-south-1 (Cape Town); model inference currently runs on GPU capacity in the United States, which the sub-processor register names.

What we do not claim
No pass-rate guarantee, no endorsement by any college, and no testimonial we have not verified with the person who gave it. Where we cannot show you evidence, we say so.
