If Lorraine Learn is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will consider a refund. The 3-day free trial exists so you can decide before you are charged, and cancelling stops the next billing period either way. The refund terms are set out in our Terms of Service.

Yes. We offer reduced pricing for medical students and registrars in training programmes. Send us your student or registrar number and we will verify it and issue a discount code.

Lorraine Learn tracks your performance on every topic and schedules reviews using spaced repetition, so revision lands at the interval where it does the most for retention and weighting shifts toward the areas you are getting wrong.

Yes. The mobile app supports offline study. Download content while you have a connection, revise anywhere, and your progress syncs when you are back online.

New questions and study material ship most weeks. Larger updates follow changes to the examinations themselves, and are listed on our changelog.
